    How often and when do 4-H Clubs meet? Some clubs meet every week for a month or two an some meet once or twice a month all year long. Some clubs meet for an hour or two after school, in the evening, or on Saturday. This depends on the club and what they want to do, 4-H clubs may organize any time of the year.   Manitoba has more than 4-H clubs with more than 3, members. More than half live on farms, 30 percent live in rural non-farm areas and 14 percent are urban.

    Clubs must have one or more adults 18 years or older acting as leaders. A General Leader must be elected annually from the general youth membership. Members must complete at least one 4-H project throughout the year. Members in a club may choose to all take the same projects (single project club) or different projects (multiple project club).   COLCHESTER — Two out of the seven Connecticut 4-H Clubs listed virtual fair dates after in-person fairs were cancelled this year due to COVID One of those was the New London County 4-H Club.

    There are NINE 4-H clubs throughout Routt County. All our clubs are open to any 4-H member and are not project specific. The clubs meet monthly and have an attendance requirement. The auction includes about 29 steers and 1 lamb. There will also be a bull semen package up for bid. The bull semen package was donated to 4-H from WestGen as a fundraising opportunity.

All proceeds from the package will go back to the Portage Club. You can check into the auction by. 4-H clubs have fallen off a bit over the years, like many clubs, but are in no threat of extinction.
